You don’t have

to go it alone.

Therapy can be a game changer.

My areas of focus include anxiety, depression, relationships, divorce, work and parenting stress, caregiver burnout, trauma, and self-doubt.

Therapy Services

I tailor my therapeutic approach to your needs.

With each session, I work to create a trusting space for growth and healing. By processing core issues, you can change unhelpful emotional, cognitive, and behavioral patterns in sustainable ways.

What that means is we'll get to the root of things so you can make long-lasting changes and live a happier life.

I Can Help You …

  • Identify and rework unhelpful thinking and negative self-talk

  • Release self-defeating behaviors

  • Improve relationships

  • Learn ways to increase healthy self-assertion

  • Develop tools to calm your stressed out body

My fee is $200 for a 50-minute session (in-person or virtual)

My office is located in Dupont Circle near the Metro.

I am an out-of-network provider and do not participate directly with any insurance company. This means you’ll pay directly for services at the end of each session. I will provide receipts that contain information to submit to your insurance company, Health Savings Account or Flexible Savings Account if you are seeking reimbursement. My services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. However, this is between you and your insurance company.

About Julie

My approach is rooted in psychodynamic, attachment theories and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
